Steve Umphreys, Senior Vice President of Zeo Success at Zuora, has amassed over 30 years of high-technology experience, serving as a senior executive for notable companies including Salesforce.com, 3Com, Octel Communications, Quantum Corporation and Hewlett Packard. He also has global experience in leading employee services, including HR, leasing, facilities, IT, purchasing and payroll. Mr. Umphreys has served on a number of boards and consulted with CEOs on leadership and compensation approaches, executive succession and transition plans, CEO 360˚ reviews and acquisition integration.
Additionally, he co-founded Calisma, which provided network services to global enterprise and service provider clients, and was on the founding executive team of International Network Services, which was acquired by Lucent. Most recently he founded EastWest Consulting to help clients create and implement strategies and corporate values that drive results in meeting business goals. Mr. Umphreys holds two B.A. degrees from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
