Box is an Independent Director on the Board of McGrath Rentcorp (NASDAQ:MGRC) serving on the Compensation and Audit Committees and on the American River Bank (AMRB-NASDAQ) Board serving as the Chair of the Directors Loan Committee. She is a Director on the NorCal chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. She is a past Director on the American Red Cross Delta Sierra Region where she served as Chair of the Board. She is a former HP Vice President with extensive experience in Information Technology.
